Front Desk Software: The Front Desk program is an optional add-on product for MMS to monitor member check in and activity. It is totally integrated with MMS so member information is never duplicated. It is designed to monitor member check in when the member swipes a barcoded or magnetic stripe card.

Computer Requirements: Our programs will run on virtually all computers with the Microsoft Windows XP, 2000, Vista and Windows 7operating systems.
You can use a single computer or network up to 15 or more workstations. A copy of the MMS program(s) must be installed on each computer or workstation. We have customers with membership databases of 100 to more than 100,000 names.
The memory and disk storage requirements are minimal on today's computers. If you are in doubt download the Free Trial and try it.
The Free Trial is the complete program temporarily limited to a maximum of twenty-five names in a database.
You can connect all your computers in a network by mapping your work stations to the organization's data on a server drive. Simply add the mapped drive's full path in MMS. That's it!
